Anti Bullying Ambassadors
We are so proud to be ambassadors for the Princess Diana Anti-Bullying Programme. We regularly do events and make content promoting this amazing programme and are so happy we can help people through their problems in any way.
Set up in 2011, the Anti-Bullying Ambassador programme is part of the charity the Diana Award. In 2013 the programme received funding from the Department for Education. The programme offers resources and training to schools and youth organisations in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland. After receiving our training students become Anti-Bullying Ambassadors and help raise awareness of bullying, lead on anti-bullying campaigns, promote a culture which celebrates and tolerates difference and help keep their peers safe online and offline.
In a recent survey 86% of young people revealed they feel safer at school since the introduction of
the Diana Award Anti-Bullying Ambassador Programme and 73% believe that as a result of the
Programme bullying incidents have reduced.
